Clever 2 stage valve, a real-world water saving feature on new architectural mixer range

A sleek new range of mixers by Faucet Strommen, called Pegasi, features a unique 2 stage valve that makes water conservation easier in the real world. This clever valve, called flowstep-life, has an adjustable step position halfway through its opening motion. How it works is, as you lift the handle it comes to a tactile step through which you can ease the handle to fully open. It is so simple to achieve gentle flow for hand washing etc that even children will appreciate flowstep beyond its water saving role. Of course you can easily get full flow by fully opening the handle.
